Returns

We want you to love your denim bag from Denim & U. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Simply contact our customer service team at hello.denimandu@gmail.com within 7 days to initiate the return process. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchange

Looking to swap your denim bag for a different style or color? No problem! Simply reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at hello.denimandu@gmail.com with your order number and desired replacement item. Please note that customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we'll ship out the replacement within 3-5 business days using the same shipping method as your original order. You'll receive an email notification once your exchange is processed and on its way.
